You apply to serve in the Active branch in your MOS, the more critical MOS the better. 1st I would check with you retention NCO and then PC for the paperwork, and what to do. It happens but don't get your hopes up.I've been trying to get on tour of duty with no luck. Searches on this sub suggest that there was a change a while back that only allows access to MOBCOP from a NIPR computer. It also suggested that there was a way around this, possibly by downloading DoD Certs onto a PC. .
