With the heavier touring models the Woods TW222 is a awesome cam. The TW222 has great low end/mid range torque, this cam turns on early and pulls like a freight train right up to the rev limiter. I used the SE255 and then went with the Woods TW222 and the TW222 beats the SE255 hands down. I swear by Feulings cam, I run a 525 Reaper in my 2011 96 inch motor but for a 103 the 543 Reaper is a solid performer, but if you want under 4k many people I know have gotten excellent low end with the 525 in a 103, my go to cam, good luck on your choice. Vance & Hines power duals are pretty decent, the Kuryaky Crusher Mellow mufflers work pretty good. Cams are a tough choice, a lot depends on your tastes and riding style. Very good bolt in for a 96", little undercammed for the 103" but produces great torque in every range and a wonderful cam for touring (with a little racing fun too). Very quiet and well mannered. No cam noise like some of the other cams out there.

The 107 is tempting, but a bit pricy - about 4k's. Out here in SLC, just installing the SE 255 cams (parts, labor & dyno) out-the-door will run between $1,175.00 and $1,337.00.
